The Journey Starts Here Mission: To equip every woman with the tools necessary to connect heart and soul and achieve self actualization and purpose.
At some point in her life, every woman realizes that she has been all things to all people and nothing to herself. While some women accept that this is their plight, others may ask the question, How do I become what I need to be for me?

There is no profound answer to this question. It is as simple as following your heart and listening to your spirit. If your next question is, How do I do that? then Perfecting My Space is for you.
The Journey Starts Here...Welcome to Perfecting My Space! Our mission is to equip every woman with the tools necessary to connect heart and soul to achieve self-actualization and purpose.

Through empowerment sessions and retreats, PMS is designed to help you search within yourself to answer questions such as:
The wisdom gained from PMS Sessions is not a fool proof plan to fixing your life, but it will equip you with the tools necessary to do what no one else can do for you. We do not live in a perfect world, but we have been equipped to perfect the things that concern us; spirit, soul, and body. Learn to Perfect Your Space.

1) How do I find my purpose and fulfill it? 2) Where do I start on this journey to self?3) What do I risk losing if I make changes now? 4) Will people really accept the new me?5) How do I deal with my past?

Those are just some of the titles used for Kimberly Jowers. If you pause to ask her who she is, she will tell you, Im simply me. As the second born of three girls, Kimberly is a classic middle child. Taking a very creative path to finding her purpose, she has learned to be authentic; the original from which copies are made. Having a rebellious nature has kept her from accepting status quo and keeps her consistently seeking greater for her life.

She was educated in the public schools of Richland County in Hopkins, SC.

She went on to pursue post-secondary education at Winthrop University and the University of South Carolina. She now holds bachelors and masters degrees in Social Work and is completing a PhD in Christian Counseling. She has received state and national certification as a trainer and continues to work as the Program Development Coordinator for Childrens Home Society of North Carolina. When she is not finding and meeting community needs, she can be found serving on the ministerial staff of City of God Ministries where she is an ordained elder and youth department instructor.

Tim says that outside of his relationship with God, Kimberly is the best thing that has

ever happened to him.

Reygin says that she is the best mommy in the whole world and God knew what He was doing. Kimberly says that until I agreed to cooperate with God's plan for my life, I was doing everyone else around me a disservice. In her search for significance and purpose she uncovered the inner truths which now shape the foundation of her ministry,

Perfecting My Space.

Passionate about empowering others to seek and fulfill their God-given assignments, she facilitates workshops and retreats designed to help women find their authentic self and seek a life of purpose and destiny.

She says that after all the twists and turns of a life filled with her poor choices, she now lives with the belief that the safest place in the world is in the will of God and the most comfortable place is in my own skin.
